A case study on the Teach Too organisational development projects at South Staffordshire College

Summary

South Staffordshire’s Teach Too project built upon existing strategies to increase and improve employer involvement in technical education, with the aim of narrowing local skills gaps.
The “Skills Innovation and integration Project” (SKIIP) offered industry staff the opportunity to train in teaching and teaching staff the opportunity to update their knowledge while working with industry specialists. The knowledge acquired through the project then fed into a review of curriculum delivery.
