A case study on the Teach Too organisational development project at RNN Group


The project aimed to embed Teach Too principles and practice across a newly merged, large multi-site college to advance the development of the groups strategic preparation for T Level delivery. By establishing curriculum innovation hubs at each site, it ensured greater employer involvement in the planning and design of the curriculum. RNN Group aimed to improve the quality of provision for students. Each hub explored co-design and delivery, using the Teach Too guidance materials to aid delivery. The project ran pilot hubs across two subject areas at each campus, before rolling out across the whole group. The two subject areas were Digital & Travel and Catering & Hospitality.
